He is in practice since 1998 and has developed his expertise in corporate and business advisory. He has been actively involved in providing advisory services to multi-national corporate for setting up business establishments in India and providing audit and assurance services, transaction advisory services & Business valuation services.

He possesses strong analytical & problem solving skills.
He completed a coveted course of Harvard & IBM’s Next Gen Managers in 2009-10 and the Certification course on “Legal & Regulatory Issues in Infrastructure” IIM, Ahmedabad in 2014.

Rafeeque holds Law Degree from Calicut University, Kerala. Rafeeque is an accredited Mediator as certified by the Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation (IIAM). His core expertise is in Aviation and Employment Laws. He advocates Mediation, Conciliation, and Arbitration for dispute resolution. He has 28 years’ working experience including 18 years with corporates like Airport Authority of India, Delhi International Airport Limited and Aircel Group.

TILAK MINOCHA is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with 2 decades of experience. He is a rank holder Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining the firm, he used to work with Aryan Group of Companies having turnover of around INR 25 billion as General Manager-Finance & Accounts.
He has vast experience of leading team of professionals & accountants involved in preparation & presentation of financial statements (consolidated & standalone), MIS reports, Statutory compliances, Maintenance of accounts in SAP/Navision, Financial modeling & budgeting, business merger/amalgamation, dealing with auditors, bankers & other external agencies, preparation of Internal Financial Controls (IFC) process & documentation. Being part of growing organization, he gained significant exposure to ERP/SAP implementation including business critical customisations, SAP reports development, Implementation of DMS, Business processes mapping, DRHP/RHP filing, Post-merger accounting & taxation issues/solutions, Pre-merger preparations for accounting and taxation. He cleared Insolvency Professional examination in April 2021 and is registered with IBBI.

SURESH WADHWA qualified his Chartered Accountancy in the year 2004 and did his bachelor’s in law (LL.B.) from Delhi University in 2015. He is a member of Bar Association of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), New Delhi. Suresh is regularly appearing before different CIT (A) and Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi for representing various appeals. Suresh had successfully completed more than 300 regular assessments / re-assessments cases/ investigation proceedings under the Income Tax Act, 1961.
He has co-authored a book namely “Binding Law under the Income Tax Act, 1961” published by Bloomsbury in 2021 which is a compilation of all Supreme Courts judgments on Re-assessments, Prosecution under the Income Tax Act, 1961.
